Farscan’s operations team is looking for an Office manager for our
new Indian office in Kochi.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee Kochi office / facility management & Maintenance for
smooth operation
- Assist Farscan’s US & Europe leadership team remotely as
necessary [Examples include: Travel planning, Client / Vendor
communication on behalf of sr. executives, market / product
research assistance etc.]
- Manage all communications for Farscan Kochi including Front
Office & Telephone
Requirements for the Receptionist / Operations Manager position
include:
- 5-6 years of facilities management [Utilities, IT Assets and
facility upkeep].
- At least 3 years of executive relationship / guest
relationship management in the hospitality industry or similar.
- Prior experience as virtual assistant / remote assistant for
senior executives is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to
communicate with and engage on behalf of Farscan leadership team.
- Go-getter and persistent in achieving positive results for
challenging goals.
- Must be capable of self-direction and able to work without
constant supervision.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office suite [Word, Excel and
PowerPoint]
- Degree in English, Hospitality, or Business preferred
