Farscan’s operations team is looking for a Customer Support
Executive with a passion for exceptional customer service and social
media background for our new Indian office in Kochi.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer customer enquiries related to products / services via
email & phone in a timely and organized manner.
- Develop customer support collateral (FAQs, On/Offline Help
files and user guides)
- Represent Farscan and/or our clients among online forums,
social media venues (Facebook, Twitter etc.), marketing channels
and media including Blogs to pro-actively monitor and respond to
customer comments and feedback.
Requirements for the Customer Support Executive position include:
- 3-4 years of customer support / service experience in via
telephone, email or chat (IM) in a call center or customer service
environment.
- Prefer an active social media background [1-2 years of
consistent activity professionally or personally on Facebook,
Twitter and/or online discussion forums]
- Prior experience in consistently meeting / exceeding customer
satisfaction goals.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to
understand and respond to native English speakers (North American
accents) maintaining a pleasant telephone conversational attitude
under all conditions.
- Must be capable of self-direction and able to work without
constant supervision.
- Ability to work evening or night shifts preferred [Working
from home is a possibility]
- Prior experience with online CRM tools a plus
- Degree in English, Literature, Business, Marketing or
communications
