Farscan’s operations team is looking for an Operations manager for
our new Indian office in Kochi.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day book keeping for Farscan corporate and clients –
Domestic & Overseas Payroll, G/L, Inventory maintenance.
- E-commerce product costing, pricing and channel performance
management
- Oversee telemarketing & tele-support team’s operations queue &
track performance.
- Ensure local office & personnel adherence to corporate /
client policies & procedures
Requirements for the Accountant / Operations Manager position
include:
- At least 4 years of Accounting or Financial background with a
thorough knowledge of small business accounting packages such as
PeachTree, Mint or QuickBooks.
- Prior experience in General Ledger, Payroll and Inventory
control management.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to
communicate with overseas team members, vendors and clients.
- Project management / Operations experience in a client service
/ retail industry preferred.
- Must be capable of self-direction and able to work without
constant supervision.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of
MS-Access.
- Prior experience with online CRM tools a plus
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
